Returns and Exchanges

We hope you're happy about your purchase, return the product(s) within 2 weeks (14 days) for a full refund. Customer is only required to pay return shipping fees. We also suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot refund original or return shipping charges.

Any product purchased from Joyful Mammas may be returned within 14 days for credit to count (to the card originally used), in house credit or exchange, as long as it is unused, tags attached, and in its original condition. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Here are the steps to complete a return or an exchange:

-Provide us with your order number

 -Provide us with photographs if the return is due to a faulty garment

-Email order and photographs to joyfulmammasllc@gmail.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. 

Please note that the typical processing time (10-15 business days) still applies for exchange items as these are processed as new orders.

**IMPORTANT** 

Costs of Shipping is not refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 10 working days for the payment to appear in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or holiday items cannot be refunded.
